Winter 2006 -- W&H Celebrates Brokers At '21' Club In keeping with an annual tradition to celebrate the brokers with whom we are privileged to do business, W&H Properties held a special thank-you dinner for more than 100 commercial real estate brokers who were active at W&H buildings in 2005. This year the event, always hosted at a special New York City venue, took place at the legendary '21' Club. |

 During a ceremony following the dinner, W&H presented awards for special achievements. Pictured above (left to right) are Scott Pudalov of CB Richard Ellis, who accepted his firm's award for the Most Deals Within the W&H Portfolio; Brian Waterman of Newmark, who accepted his firm's award for Most Space Showings Within the W&H Portfolio; Peter L. Malkin, chairman of Wein & Malkin Supervisory Services, the asset manager for W&H Properties; Liz Schorn of New York Commercial, who accepted her firm's award for most Pre-Builts Leased; Anthony E. Malkin, president of Wien & Malkin Supervisory Services; Abe Wolf, vice president of Helmsley Enterprises; and Cushman & Wakefield's Alexander Chudnoff and Mitchell Konsker, who won the award for the Most Innovative Deal, for the Li & Fung lease at 1359 Broadway.  As part of its ongoing tradition, W&H presented a $5,000 check to the Robin Hood Foundation in the name of CB Richard Ellis, the firm that had completed the most deals within the W&H portfolio. Kevin Taylor, left, Robin Hood's manager of Corporate and Foundation Relations, accepted the check on behalf of the Foundation, which works to eradicate urban poverty by funding community-based programs (visit www.robinhood.org for more information).
