April Summars is astute and discrete finding the right properties for her clientele. She grew up in Dallas, Texas where she earned a B.A. in Communications from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. She was a leading and distinguished member of her community serving as Council Woman for the city of Denison, Texas. Serving as a leading member of the city council gave her greater understanding of both the business community and the residents of that community.

Whether she is working with first time retail clients or long standing retail establishments securing the right retail space, restaurant or investment property, April believes the process of leasing real estate should be one of ease and efficiency.
