Biography

Beth Kaplan Bongar is the Sr. Vice President and specializes in the development and sales of buildings, retail and office leasing, investment sales, co-op and condominium retail sales, medical space, hotels, and property sales, and retail asset management.

In recent years I have completed many deals with prominent retailers and investors that required complex transactions that often involved the sale of retail property interests such as co-op shares, master lease purchases, or leases with prepaid rent. My efforts have resulted in tenancy/ownership situations for assorted Fortune 500 retailers and many other projects and properties including various restaurant interests. I am experienced in dealing with residential ownership groups, retail investment syndicates, investor groups, and co-op boards; and have a long-term track record of successful retail projects in my portfolio.

With the 100 % rise in office rents over the past three years, many companies have found increased profitability in the ownership of their own office space, rather than renting. NYCRS is a pioneer in the creation of commercial condominium and co-op office space. I will analyze our client’s needs in order to determine if they would benefit from leasing or purchasing their space. I also specialize in the sale of commercial buildings, hotels and shopping centers.

My extensive client and retail mailing lists assure that I will reach all viable potential investors and suitable qualified retailers to obtain the best overall results from a leasing or sales agenda. I can offer extensive programs with regard to canvassing and marketing, as well as a thorough and professional approach to leasing and sales.
