With the 100 % rise in office rents over the past three years, many companies have found increased profitability in the ownership of their own office space, rather than renting. NYCRS is a pioneer in the creation of commercial condominium and co-op office space. I will analyze our client’s needs in order to determine if they would benefit from leasing or purchasing their space. I also specialize in the sale of commercial buildings, hotels and shopping centers.
My extensive client and retail mailing lists assure that I will reach all viable potential investors and suitable qualified retailers to obtain the best overall results from a leasing or sales agenda. I can offer extensive programs with regard to canvassing and marketing, as well as a thorough and professional approach to leasing and sales.
