Biography

Jared's career as a real estate developer began in 2005, not long after becoming certified in Construction Management through his professional training at Drexel University. Starting his own company, Bridgewater Builders, LLC, Jared gained an extensive knowledge of home construction, renovations and remolding, and high quality design techniques which led to his familiarity with all stages of building custom homes. His solid work ethic, and ability to include his clients as part of the team, gives him the ability to work well when exchanging ideas and information with architects, engineers, zoning officials and planning or community board members.

While maintaining his commitment to his own company, Jared is also pursuing his goal of the Manhattan commercial real estate market and has developed an expertise in leasing salons, restaurants, retail shops and art galleries through his work as a licensed agent for NYCRS. To his commercial clients Jared brings his exceptional background, gained from his prior work in renovations, to collaborate on proposed usage for commercial space, as well as his unique perspective on the feasibility and logistics needed to accomplish the client's goals.
