Biography

Michael brings extraordinary real estate experience to his retail leasing specialty.  From owning numerous properties himself to managing a $50MM private equity real estate fund at Western National Group in Irvine, CA with 1,491 acquired and developed units, Michael knows real estate from the inside out. In addition, Michael was involved with the capital raising and investor relations of a $300MM institutional equity fund. Michael‘s real life experience is matched by his academic credentials having earned  a Bachelor of Science in Management with a dual emphasis in Finance and Management from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University and a Master of Real Estate Development degree from the University of Southern California. Michael is an avid reader of popular science literature, particularly on evolutionary biology and genetics. Michael specializes in retail leasing in Murray Hill & Kips Bay.
