A business prodigy, Ronald Pasqaule's professional career started in the early 80s when he joined the family's successful paper recycling business. Through various mergers and acquisitions he assisted in growing the company to 2,000+ New York City customers. He gained a lot of business acumen at an early age. The family eventually sold the company to a large, publicly traded entity. Ronald also, during this time, completed his education at Pace University and graduated in 1989.
Ronald then partnered with his brother John in purchasing properties and securing property management contracts in the New York metropolitan area.
To increase his expertise in assessing value in the real estate market, Ronald also became both a certified residential appraiser and a licensed broker. Ronald is a long-time member of various professional organizations, some of which include: the Rent Stabilization Association of New York, the Building Owners and Management Association International, the Real Estate Board of New York, the Hotel Association of New York City, and the Greater New York and Manhattan Chambers of Commerce.
Ronald has gained a reputation for professional service and shrewd expertise. He is also recognized as a community leader and connected political business person. In 2004 he was appointed to serve, by then Manhattan Borough President C Virginia Fields, as a community board member of District Two, where he was then appointed as a co-chairperson on the Zoning and Sidewalks committees.
Ronald has been happily married to his wife Jeanine for 15 years. They are the proud parents of Joseph and Gene, and together they make their family home in Nassau County, a suburb of New York City.
